Players of the Tennis academy triumph at home tournaments

One month after the opening of the Tennis Academy Burgenland, the first trophies at home tournaments have already been won. Thilo Behrmann secured both the singles title and the doubles title with his Academy colleague Jan Hemetzberger at the Masters of the BIDI BADU ÖTV Youth Circuit at the UTC La Ville facility. At the Tennis Europe Cat. 3 tournament in Bad Waltersdorf, Constantin Neubauer and Thilo Behrmann once again showed their talent and won the titles in the U14 and U16 age groups.

Thilo Behrmann wins the double

The boys of the Tennis Academy Burgenland convinced with strong performances at the Masters Tournament of the BIDI BADU ÖTV Youth Circuit. In the U14 event Constantin Neubauer and his training colleague Jan Hemetzberger fought a duel for 3rd place, with the better end for Neubauer. Meanwhile, Thilo Behrmann secured the tournament victory in two sets and thus laid the foundation for the double win. In doubles, Behrmann triumphed together with Hemetzberger.

Tennis Academy Burgenland Final in Bad Waltersdorf

At the Tennis-Europe tournament in Bad Waltersdorf, the academy players Constantin Neubauer and Jan Hemetzberger met in the final of the U14 event. As the week before, Neubauer was able to get the upper hand and thus secured the title. The double winner of the Masters, Thilo Behrmann, competed in Bad Waltersdorf one age group higher in the U16 competition and was also dominating. In the semifinals, he downed the top seed in three sets before claiming the title with another major effort over the second seed. In the girls’ competition, academy player Flora Frakaslaki-Hints competed as the top seed in the U16 event and finished the tournament in 3rd place.
